As we prepare for our grand opening, we are seeking a Membership Sales Manager to lead pre-opening sales and help shape the founding membership of this exceptional community.

Position Overview:

The Membership Sales Manager will drive the pre-opening membership campaign, engage prospective members, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members. This role is perfect for a dynamic, polished sales professional with a background in high-end hospitality, private clubs, or luxury real estate who thrives in relationship-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute membership sales strategies to achieve pre-opening and ongoing membership goals
  • Build, nurture, and convert a pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, events, referrals, and outreach
  • Personally conduct property tours, presentations, and private meetings with prospective members
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and member data using CRM software
  • Guide new members through the application, acceptance, and onboarding process with discretion and warmth
  • Represent The June Club at industry events, charitable functions, and civic gatherings
  • Provide ongoing feedback to leadership to optimize the membership experience and refine strategy

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-years of sales experience in a luxury environment (private club, boutique hotel, high-end real estate, or comparable field)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-value relationships
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; poised, articulate, and engaging with C-suite and HNW individuals
  • Deep understanding of the culture and expectations of upscale private membership clubs
  • Strong local network in Jacksonville and the surrounding region preferred
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM platforms and digital communication tools
  • Impeccable professional appearance and discretion at all times
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed for events and appointments
