Total Rewards Administrator
- Executes day-to-day administration and compliance processes for Loews Hotels benefit programs, including group health, spending accounts, dental, vision, accident and disability, relocation, life insurance, 401(k), deferred compensation, auto benefit, COBRA, dependent verification, and team member relief fund
- Reviews data and provides reporting for the Loews Hotels 401(k) plan, including eligibility, loan, and audits
- Ensure timely and accurate payment and internal chargeback coding for centralized billing across Benefits and Compensation
- Administers and supports the Loews Hotels wellness program
- Assists in the preparation of benefit communication materials and presentations to educate team members on benefit programs
- Researches and resolves escalated claims, eligibility and payroll (benefit) issues that arise from reports, and day to day processes. Identifies root cause of problems/issues
- Supports field Human Resource offices with all aspects of plan administration, including assisting field HR with online benefits administration
- Assists with open enrollment implementation, including development of communication materials
- Assists with the administration of the deferred compensation and cash balance retirement plans
- Acquires an understanding of benefits related compliance requirements and trends as related to Health Care Reform, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA and FMLA
- Supports reporting and management for ancillary benefits/programs to include: Relocation, Paid Time Off, COBRA administration, Dependent Verification, Spending Accounts, and Team Member Relief Fund eligibility validation
- Assists with the preparation of compensation survey submissions, job evaluations, market pricing exercises, and incentive plan materials
- Plays an active role in Workday optimization: tests configuration and designs training materials across Benefits and Compensation
- Leverages Workday reporting and analytics to ensure data quality
- Prepares presentations for executive audience and other business stakeholders
- Other projects and responsibilities as assigned by leadership
- Regular attendance in conformance with standards

- Exceptional analytical and problem-resolution skills
- Keen eye for accuracy and data quality
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of Human Resources, Benefits, and Compensation practices, procedures, and Federal, State and Local laws and regulations pertaining to Human Resources
- Strong organizational skills and mental agility, ability to prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands
- High degree of confidentiality, service orientation, and professionalism
- Ability to work in a modern Human Capital Management system platform and leverage data to add value
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, hospitality, or related area
- Experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation preferred
