Executive Administrative Assistant
In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive-level personnel, ensuring their schedules, tasks, and personal projects run smoothly. As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will handle various responsibilities, including managing calendars, arranging travel, scheduling appointments, running errands, organizing meals, and ensuring seamless communication at all times.
Your role will include working closely with high-level executives, offering both professional and personal support. You will manage their day-to-day needs and ensure that everything stays organized and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the executive’s schedule, prioritizing meetings, events, and personal appointments with precision.
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and creating detailed itineraries for a smooth experience.
- Organize and execute personal and professional events, ensuring flawless attention to detail and a memorable experience.
- Handle various personal tasks with discretion, such as managing home-related projects, running errands, and more.
- Draft and edit correspondence, handle calls, and ensure smooth internal and external communication.
- Assist with special projects, both professional and personal, bringing creativity and efficiency to everything you do.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proactive and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow.
- 1-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Personal Assistant.
- A keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and a willingness to explore new tech tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
