Job Description: Scheduler III Location: St. Petersburg, United States Start Date: 20 January 2026 Pay Rate: $55 Per Hour Job Description: As a Scheduler III, you will act as a senior recruitment consultant, responsible for managing and coordinating schedules for various projects and teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all resources are effectively allocated and that project timelines are met. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project schedules Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks Identify and address scheduling conflicts Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project timelines Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource allocation Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling or related role Proficiency in project management software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
