Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.

Active Florida state physical therapy license required to start the position.

BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.

Experience in outpatient clinical settings preferred.

Demonstrated competency with musculoskeletal evaluation and treatment interventions.

Ability to document patient care in electronic medical records.
