Portfolio Manager
As a Portfolio Manager at HOATalent, you will take a leadership role in managing an extensive portfolio of community associations, including townhomes, condominiums, and multi-family properties. Your expertise will ensure that each property runs smoothly and remains an appealing place for residents to live. You will collaborate closely with boards of directors, residents, and vendors to promote a thriving community environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day property management operations across assigned communities, ensuring excellent maintenance and administration.
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs with vendors and contractors.
- Prepare and present annual budgets while monitoring financial performance regularly.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and board members, leading meetings and providing updates.
- Enforce community regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management, ideally with homeowners associations or residential communities.
- Strong understanding of financial management and community governance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in software applications related to property management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CMCA, AMS) are a plus.
Work Environment:
- Ability to conduct regular property inspections and manage outdoor/indoor environments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as necessary.
Benefits
- Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000, depending on experience
