Maintenance Coordinator

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at one of our premier communities in Lantana, FL. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on maintenance coordination and administrative oversight, making it ideal for individuals who excel at balancing field operations with office-based tasks. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the property, working closely with vendors, management, and maintenance staff to deliver outstanding results for our residents and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily maintenance operations and manage work orders to ensure timely completion
• Serve as the primary communication point between vendors, management, and the Board
• Manage emails, service requests, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner
• Order materials, supplies, and equipment online, and track deliveries to maintain inventory
• Assist in scheduling vendors and monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met
• Support and help oversee maintenance staff and address ongoing property needs
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory logs for all maintenance activities
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed, including basic plumbing, electrical, and other repairs

Qualifications

• Strong computer and administrative skills, including proficiency with email, ordering systems, tracking, and reporting
• Experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or a similar role preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, or irrigation is a plus
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
