PeopleReady in Fort Lauderdale is hiring VIP Host and Server for Cirque du Soleil in Hallandale Beach, March 3rd! Come be part of the fun today!

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a VIP Host:

• Greet guests at the VIP entrance, scan their tickets and hand them their VIP lanyards
• Make sure that all customer needs are met in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner
• Respond to customer's needs, requests, complaints, and other unusual situations
• Provide personalized service and uses the customer's name
• Observe customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintains strict cleanliness of the VIP area
• Serve patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner
• Provide information to help with food and beverage selections
• Prepare VIP for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils
• Serve beverages to customers
• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, food handling and alcohol beverage control policies

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) , 2nd Shift (Evening) , Weekends

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture
• Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants and shoes (no logos)
• Be physically able to stand up for long hours
• Understand customer service and hospitality
• Work well with others
• Pay attention to the details
• Working fast and efficiently under pressure
• Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings)
• Know when to get the help of a supervisor
• Possess the ability to learn a point-of-sale system and retain the information
• Availability for the whole city duration
• Speak English – other languages are an asset
• Background Check Required
