• Prepare premium sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and specialty dishes with exceptional attention to detail.

• Assist with fish fabrication, mise en place, inventory, and station organization.
• Deliver an authentic omakase experience that exceeds guest expectations.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Sushi Chef in a high-end Japanese restaurant or omakase concept.
• Strong knife skills and fish butchery experience.
• Deep understanding of Japanese ingredients and culinary techniques.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining precision and consistency.
• A positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for continuous learning.
