What You’ll Bring

• A valid Esthetics License in the state of Florida.
• Passion for skincare and helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

What You’ll Do

• Perform customized skincare treatments, including facials, tailored to client needs.
• Educate clients about skincare health and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Assist with retail sales by guiding clients through product selections.
• Maintain detailed and professional client records (S.O.A.P. notes).
• Follow strict sanitation and cleanliness protocols in the esthetics room.
• Monitor and manage inventory, including conducting product counts and ensuring retail areas are well-stocked and organized.
• Support the front desk team with client consultations and scheduling.
• Represent the spa at local events and grassroots marketing efforts.
