Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• For 3-month contract candidates: prior experience with Netsmart EMR is required.
• Clinicians should be comfortable managing and coordinating their own schedules and typically seeing 5–6 patients per day.
• Experience providing home health services or care in retirement community settings is preferred.
• Ability to travel locally to cover multiple community sites within approximately a 5-mile radius is required.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Standard work hours are typically 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Clinicians typically see 5–6 patients per day.
• Coverage includes two retirement communities and one additional community within approximately a 5-mile radius; clinicians will travel between these sites.
• Clinicians manage and coordinate their own schedules.
