Cook for Assisted Living Facility
Full Time: Hours vary from 5:30AM to 7:30PM
Magnolia Gardens is dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences rooted in quality, innovation, and hospitality. As we continue to elevate our culinary offerings, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Cook to join our dining services team.
The Cook plays a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of dining services within our organization. This vital position is responsible for ensuring that our dining experience is of the highest quality, meets dietary needs, and exceeds the expectations of our residents and guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, excellent leadership skills, and a genuine passion for the culinary arts.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of culinary and service staff to uphold the highest standards of food quality and service.
- Engage with residents and guests to receive feedback on dining experiences and make necessary adjustments to enhance satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, dietary restrictions, and nutrition.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Passion for food, culinary arts, and providing excellent customer service.
