Our client is a Florida-based law firm with a strong reputation in construction, real estate, and community association law. Their attorneys handle complex transactional, and litigation matters with a focus on delivering strategic, results-driven counsel.

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join our Community Association practice group. This role will focus on representing condominium and homeowner associations in matters involving governance, enforcement, and construction/contract related disputes, including litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and revise contracts, amendments, and association-related legal documents
• Prepare legal opinions and board meeting materials
• Attend and advise at association meetings
• Litigation involving covenant enforcement, construction defects, turnover issues, and Chapter 558 pre-suit claims
• Collaborate with clients and senior attorneys on complex legal matters

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Prior experience working with condominium or homeowner associations is preferred
• Ability to respond and transition to client needs in fast paced environment
• Some litigation experience preferred
• Preferred but Not Required : Familiarity with NetDocuments, AIM, LexisNexis, Westlaw, and iCONECT.
