Recruiting Specialist – Manufacturing
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a proven background recruiting within manufacturing.
This is a dedicated, full cycle recruiting role. The ideal candidate is a true recruiter who knows how to proactively source, engage, and hire manufacturing talent.
Key Qualifications:
- Manufacturing and/or engineering recruiting experience required
- Strong full cycle Talent Acquisition background
- Proven ability to source passive and hard-to-find candidates
Compensation : $75,000- $80,000 base salary + bonus
Important: This position is 100% onsite, Monday–Friday. No remote or hybrid option. Candidates should carefully consider the daily commute before applying.
