Overview
We are hiring a Support Operations Assistant to provide essential behind-the-scenes support to our customer service team. In this remote role, you’ll help ensure that daily support activities run smoothly by handling administrative tasks, updating records, and assisting with client communications as needed.
Responsibilities
Assist with administrative tasks that support customer service operations
Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
Monitor and route incoming inquiries to the appropriate team members
Help prepare documentation, forms, and templates for customer use
Track follow-up actions and ensure timely completion of tasks
Provide general support to team members to enhance service efficiency
Qualifications
Prior experience in admin support, operations, or customer service preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using Google Workspace, CRM tools, and Adobe PDF
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment
