Senior Recruiter
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Summary: The Senior Recruiter will step in during a period of transition to support and stabilize the recruitment function. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, manage operational recruiting demands, and partner closely with leadership to improve hiring outcomes. Duties Include: * Provide full-cycle recruiting support during a high-priority transition period Lead and support recruiting efforts including:
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Job fairs and hiring events
- Improving or reinforcing recruiting processes
- Support hands-on, field-based leadership roles that are critical to daily operations
- Limited recruiting needs at the corporate/HQ level
- Partner closely with leadership to manage expectations and drive results
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
