The Role:

Operations Financial Analyst(OFA) will partner with the Chief Operating Officer and operations to monitor operational performance, benchmark data and assist our team with daily, monthly routine reports and ad-hoc analysis. The OFA will help identify ways to control expenses and improve net income on a facility-by-facility basis as well as across the portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of the operations team, with high-visibility, reporting directly to our Chief Operating Officer.

Position Specifics:

• Review established operational policies, processes, and procedures as well as results and provide guidance to the operations team.

• Identify areas for financial improvement thru operational analysis.
• Assist in monitoring strategic initiatives executed to enhance financial performance.
• Analyze the performance of the portfolio against operating targets
• Assist in the development of annual operating and capital expense budgets.
• Participate in monthly operations reviews and support these reviews with routine analysis.
• Assist Operations Leadership with special projects aimed at improving financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree, preferred
• Analytical and Strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving
• Must have experience in Skilled Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Finance or Healthcare Management
• Strong Excel skills
