The Mission
The real estate industry is fracturing. High-producing teams and independent brokerages are carrying too much overhead. They are looking for an exit strategy from legacy franchise models.
The Houston Properties Team, part of the Real Edge Network, is capitalizing on this shift.
We are not looking to recruit to our team. We are looking to attract teams & high-leverage multipliers into the Real Brokerage ecosystem to develop a like-minded network of business associates who share best practices and opportunities.
Your mission is to systematically identify leaders and help them understand the ideas of a new ownership model that benefits their clients, their teams and business profitability.
What You Will Do
First, you will execute a modern, tech-forward inbound strategy.
We don't do traditional cold calling or grind through dead lists. Instead, you will leverage AI tools, modern workflows, and data enrichment to intelligently identify true multipliers—mega-teams, independent brokerages, and influential agents looking for a better way to do business.
Second, you will lead high-level consultative appointments.
You will sit peer-to-peer with these top producers, helping them analyze their current models and demonstrating how the Real Brokerage ecosystem can dramatically improve their bottom line and agent success.
Who You Are
You are a senior-level growth operator. You are likely a former Team Leader or Director of Grown from existing real estate brands.
You know how to read a P&L. You know the exact financial pain points a team leader faces when they do $50 million in volume but keep a fraction of their profit.
You are highly fluent in modern technology. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you must be comfortable leveraging AI tools, CRMs, and automated workflows to initiate conversations at scale and filter out the noise. You operate without ego, you despise high-pressure sales tactics, and you understand that wealthy agents require a sophisticated, peer-to-peer consultation.
The Deal
We offer base stability paired with the infrastructure to build a massive, insulated wealth asset.
You will receive a competitive base compensation from HPT. This removes the pressure of the daily grind and allows you to focus purely on high-leverage, strategic conversations.
More importantly, you will attract these leaders in your and our name. You will be actively building your and our five-tier network. As your direct frontline brings in their own agents, you will capture recurring revenue based on thousands of micro-transactions. You will build a scalable, sellable asset that you actually own.
