Receptionist Part Time
- Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the dealership
- Direct visitors to the appropriate department or personnel
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy and professional reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
