Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative provides administrative support to the Cruise Department by performing the following tasks:
Main activities (daily)
• Process data entry activities both in our internal MBA system and on the NOAA website and cruise portals.
• Organize cruise ship orders and check which ones require inspection, as well as organize and schedule inspection appointments.
• Work with the USDC inspector at our facility while performing health inspections on products.
• Perform administrative activities, credit notes and billing required by the Cruise Department.
• Review the orders received by email, to detect any problem related to them (lack of product, prices, discrepancies, etc.) and notify the supervisor.
