Executive Support & Transportation Specialist (Driver) in Miami
We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled Executive Support and Transportation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience supporting a senior executive by providing high-level administrative, logistical, and executive support, including professional driving services. The Executive Support and Transportation Specialist plays a critical role in coordinating business operations and logistics and ensuring seamless daily mobility. This position requires exceptional discretion, judgment, and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Administrative and Operational Support:
- Manage and optimize the executive’s meetings around the executive’s calendar.
- Coordinate business and personal travel logistics.
- Serve as liaison between the executive and key stakeholders, such as vendors.
- Track expenses and assist with budget reporting, reimbursement, and invoice reconciliation.
- Identify and solve logistical challenges with minimal oversight.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professional discretion.
- Transportation Coordination:
- Provide executive transportation to meetings, events, and airport transfers as needed.
- Plan and adjust routes based on real-time traffic conditions and executive schedule changes.
- Ensure vehicles are professionally maintained, cleaned, and registered on schedule.
- Coordinate with security personnel and administrative staff to ensure smooth transitions between engagements.
