• First-year expected earnings: $45,000-$65,000 (base salary + commission + performance bonuses)

1 Week Paid Sabbatical after 1 Year

• Generate new business through prospecting, lead follow-up, and client outreach
• Identify customer needs and recommend coverage options that align with their goals
• Manage a pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM systems
• Provide exceptional service and policy support throughout the client journey
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing product and industry training

• Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role
• An active insurance license is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to close business and meet performance targets
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using sales tools, CRM platforms, and follow-up systems
• Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first mindset
