Senior DevOps Engineer (Remote - US)

Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with a cross-functional DevOps team to build and enforce DevOps best practices within the federal space.
- Create and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud environments across AWS and Azure (including ECS, S3, RDS, and Lambda).
- Monitor performance using DataDog (including migration from Dynatrace) and ensure operational reliability.
- Support Docker containerization and troubleshoot container-related issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support collaborative software development processes.
- Contribute to documentation and tooling to streamline engineering workflows.
- (Nice to have) Assist with security frameworks and the ATO (Authority to Operate) process.
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD best practices.
- Proven proficiency in AWS and Azure cloud services, especially managing serverless and container-based environments.
- Experience with Docker, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and monitoring tools like DataDog.
- Familiarity with Agile environments and collaborative development teams.
- Ability to obtain low-level federal security clearance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and reside within the U.S.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
