Recieving Clerk

:

We seek a detail-oriented and organized Receiving Clerk to join our Security team. The primary responsibility of this role is to log in and deliver all incoming items and packages to the building while ensuring seamless parking operations. The Receiving Clerk will log all incoming items, deliver them to the respective residents, and maintain control over parking access.

Key Responsibilities:

· Receive and log all incoming deliveries, including packages, mail, and other items destined for the residents and management.

· Organizing and categorizing incoming items, ensuring accuracy in logging and tracking.

· Efficiently distribute received items to the appropriate units or individuals.

· Collaborating with management to ensure accurate, timely delivery and proper documentation of received items.

· Monitor parking access and ensure only authorized vendors are allowed to park in the garage.

· Assisting visitors and vendors and directing them to designated parking areas as necessary.

· Upholding safety protocols and guidelines within the receiving and parking areas.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize incoming deliveries while managing parking logistics.

· Excellent communication skills to liaise with residents, staff, and external vendors.

· Proficiency in using inventory management software or systems for logging and tracking purposes.

· Capability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

· Prior experience in a receiving or logistics role is preferred.

· Knowledge of parking management or traffic control is an advantage.

Education/Training:

· High school diploma or equivalency required. College-level courses in business or hospitality are preferred.

Experience/Knowledge:

· Must possess a strong customer service background. Two (2) to three (3) years of business experience in a similar position is preferred.

Computer literacy:

· Command information system hardware/software requires effective written and verbal communication skills. Multiple language fluency is desirable. Vital customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.

Special Requirements:

• Ability to lift 30 - 50 lbs

• Work in an upright, standing, or sitting position for long periods

• Handle, grasp, and lift objects and packages

• Reach with hands and arms

• Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information using the spoken and written word

• Ability to navigate the building/property quickly and easily as required to meet the job functions

• Complete all required forms

• Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on building requirements

• Ability to respond to emergencies and callouts promptly.

Pay: $16.06 - $18.70 per hour
