Craftsman Assistant & Home Repair Helper - Growth Opportunity
- Compensation: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday.
- Location: Serving Miami-Dade and Broward.
- Support: We provide company-branded gear and a steady, year-round schedule.
You will work side-by-side with a Lead Craftsman to help seniors and busy families maintain their homes. Your tasks will include:
- Job Site Support: Setting up tools, site preparation, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment.
- Assisting with Repairs: Helping with drywall patching, painting, flooring installation, and basic carpentry.
- Learning the Trade: Gaining hands-on experience in "Aging in Place" home modifications and general remodeling.
- Client Interaction: Providing a "first-class" and "sincere" experience for our customers.
- Reliable: You show up on time and are ready to work.
- Eager to Learn: You have a strong work ethic and take pride in doing a job right the first time.
- Respectful: You enjoy helping others—especially seniors—and treat every home with care.

- Some basic experience with hand tools or home repair is preferred but not required.
