Are you a creative storyteller who loves building community, creating meaningful content, and bringing a brand to life online?
Watermelon Swim is looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to lead social media, content creation, and digital storytelling — while helping us promote water safety and make a real impact in the communities we serve.
This is not a “post and ghost” marketing role. You’ll be behind the camera, in the water, at events, in classrooms, and in the community — capturing real stories and turning them into powerful content.
What You’ll Do
- Lead our social media strategy, content calendar, and daily engagement
- Create compelling photo, video, blog, and email content
- Design graphics and promotional materials
- Track campaign performance and optimize results
- Represent Watermelon Swim at events and community programs
- Help bring water safety education to life through presentations and outreach
- Protect and elevate our brand voice across all platforms
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1–2 years of marketing experience
- Live and breathe social media trends
- Can write beautifully and communicate clearly
- Have photography and/or video skills (bonus points!)
- Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Feel comfortable filming in the water
- Are excited to work occasional evenings and weekends
