Licensed Professional Counselor in Ponce de Leon, FL

We are in need of a psychologist to help our growing group practice in Ponce De Leaon, Florida. Role Overview:- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
- Conduct documentation at home with provided IPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Hold a valid full license as either a licensed professional counselor or a licensed mental health counselor
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required
- We are unable to hire licensed clinical social workers for this position
Compensation
Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $56,000 - $70,000 with no cap productivity income potential. (based on working 2 days a week)
