Cook IV

We are seeking motivated, dependable Line Cooks who take pride in their craft. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, maintains exceptional attention to detail, and is committed to consistently executing every dish to Huntsman standards. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and chef specifications.
• Properly set up, stock, and break down assigned station each shift.
• Ensure all food is prepared with consistency, quality, and proper presentation.
• Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and inventory levels throughout service.
• Communicate effectively with chefs, expediters, and fellow team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
• Follow opening, closing, and cleaning procedures.
• Assist with prep production and receiving deliveries as needed.
• Work efficiently during busy services while maintaining composure and attention to detail.

• Previous line cook experience preferred (fine dining or scratch kitchen experience is a plus).
• Passion for cooking and learning new techniques.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
