**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Talend Developer** to join our team. This is a **hands-on development role** (not a lead or architect position) responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Talend-based data integration and big data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Talend Data Integration, cloud platforms, and database technologies, with a proven ability to optimize performance and deliver high-quality solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

· Design, develop, test, and maintain Talend Data Integration solutions.

· Configure and manage **Talend Administration Center, Data Quality, API Designer/Services, and Big Data Frameworks** modules.

· Perform **performance tuning and optimization** of Talend jobs.

· Work with **cloud environments** (Azure or AWS) to design scalable integration solutions.

· Develop and maintain **database schemas, object management, data models, and data warehouse designs**.

· Collaborate with teams for **API integrations (REST)** and application connectivity.

· Implement **secure coding practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows**.

· Use **GitLab** or similar tools for source-code management and version control.

· Work with **Unix/Linux shell scripting** for automation and deployment tasks.

· Stay updated with **emerging big data and cloud technologies**.

· Support system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting.

· Perform additional development tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

· **10+ years** of overall IT experience.

· **5+ years** of hands-on development with Talend Data Integration.

· **3+ years** with Talend Administration Center, Data Quality, API Designer/Services, and Big Data Frameworks.

· **3+ years** of Talend performance tuning and optimization experience.

· **2+ years** of experience with **Azure or AWS** cloud platforms.

· Strong expertise in **database schema design, data modeling, and data warehouse development**.

· Proficiency in **Java programming and PL/SQL**.

· Experience with **REST API integrations**.

· Strong knowledge of **Unix/Linux and shell scripting**.

· Hands-on experience with **CI/CD, DevOps, and secure coding practices**.

· Familiarity with **big data cloud technologies** is a plus.

· Previous **Finance/Banking industry experience** is a plus.
