Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Physician Associate to join our expanding wellness team. This role is ideal for a PA who is passionate about integrative and preventive medicine and enjoys delivering personalized, high-touch care in a luxury med spa setting.

As a Wellness Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding clients through their health transformation while practicing medicine in an environment that values long-term wellness over episodic care.

Key Responsibilities:
. Perform comprehensive initial consultations, physical examinations, and ongoing wellness follow-ups.
Design, implement, and manage individualized hormone optimization and medically supervised weight loss programs.
Prescribe and manage treatments including hormone therapies, peptides, semaglutide, and tirzepatide in accordance with clinical protocols.
Educate clients on nutrition, supplementation, and sustainable lifestyle improvements.
Track patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed.
Maintain detailed, compliant documentation in EMR systems.
Deliver a concierge-level client experience while upholding the values and standards of the 4Ever Young brand.
. Collaborate with the marketing department on digital marketing strategies, events, and promotions.
. Generate weekly sales reports using our leads database to quantify contacts and sales.

Qualifications:
Active Physician Associate (PA) license in the state of Florida.
Prior experience in hormone therapy, weight management, functional medicine or wellness preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to educate, motivate, and build trust with clients.
Professional, polished presence with a passion for luxury wellness and patient experience.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
