We Florida Financial Credit Union has an exceptional opportunity for an executive leader to shape, execute, and elevate the Credit Union’s enterprise-wide sales, service, and growth strategy.

This position will be a direct report to the EVP, Chief Operations Officer, crafting and executing a sales initiative throughout the organization through strategic sales design, market leadership, and operational excellence to deliver sustainable growth and deepen member relationships leveraging technology and digital innovation.

The incoming leader will be accountable and responsible for P&L performance, channel productivity, and member satisfaction, with a strong emphasis on serving low- to moderate-income (LMI) communities and deepening member relationships across all retail channels. The Vice President will develop data-driven sales strategies that accelerate growth in deposits, loans, memberships, and business banking relationships, partner with marketing and data teams to deploy targeted, behavior-based campaigns, and establish KPIs.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is required, MBA preferred, and a minimum of 10 + years of progressive leadership experience in a retail banking environment within a financial institution. Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies within multi-branch and multi-market environments focused on growth and service delivery. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and to lead the Credit Union's digital banking initiatives, are needed in this role.
