Parts and Service Administrator
Required Education, Licenses, and Skills:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 + years of experience in an Office Administration role
- Parts and Service/warranty experience a plus
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Effective Communication Skills; both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
Parts & Service Administrator Task and Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Listen to and evaluate customer needs
- Reconcile receivables, cash drawer, and petty cash daily
- Process vendor invoices
- Maintain dealership administrative files
- Provide administrative support to the service department
- (RO files, Repair Advocate and i360)
- The physical activity level for this position is sedentary to light (performing non-strenuous activities). While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, talk, hear or see and occasionally, stoop, crouch and kneel.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- The employee must have manual dexterity sufficient to work with hands and fingers
- Visual requirements include close vision and ability to adjust focus
- Well lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation
