Job Summary

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated housekeeping team to ensure our hospital remains clean, safe, and welcoming for patients, families, and staff.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and supporting Environmental Services staff.
• Coordinating daily cleaning and housekeeping activities with other hospital departments.
• Scheduling work assignments and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensuring cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Creating a positive and efficient team environment.

What We Are Looking For

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in Environmental Services/Housekeeping (healthcare preferred).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• A commitment to safety, quality, and service excellence.
