Agent Product Manager
About Boon Technologies, Inc.
Boon is an AI agent platform designed specifically for supply chain and logistics providers—the backbone of our economy. Founded in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2023 by product and engineering leaders from Samsara, Apple, Google and DoorDash. Boon is backed by leading Silicon Valley venture capitalists.
At Boon, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of AI-driven supply chain and logistics operations. Our team is dedicated to constant innovation, empowering customers to streamline crucial operational and revenue-generating workflows. We enable logistics providers to serve their customers better, delivering food, supplies, equipment, and people swiftly and efficiently. Joining us at this early stage means you’ll have significant autonomy and opportunities to make an immediate and lasting impact on a vital industry.
About the Role
As an Agent PM, you’ll partner directly with customers to design, deploy, and optimize AI agents. You’ll be responsible for customer outcomes, serve as the link between our customers and engineering, and influence the future of our agent platform using customer-driven insights. This role is perfect for someone eager to drive real world impact while balancing both strategic and hands-on implementation work.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with customers to build, design, and optimize AI agents by deeply understanding their workflows, pain points, and objectives.
Playing a key role in critical deployments with customers and prospects, guiding customers to maximize value from Boon’s platform.
Drive tight feedback loops with Engineering, shaping feature development based on real customer needs.
Work closely with engineering to develop new features when needed to support specific customer use cases.
Take end-to-end ownership of customers’ AI agents.
Minimum requirements for the role:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent.
4+ years of relevant hands-on experience as a product manager, engagement manager, consultant, or similar.
Hands-on experience with prompting, fine-tuning, model evaluation, and staying current with the latest advancements in LLMs.
Ability to design effective workflows using agent builders, deeply understand customer use cases, and support the sales process by translating technical capabilities into business value.
Strong partnership with sales, customer success and engineering teams to be able to influence and drive growth with existing customers.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and influence AI agent designs.
Ability to work with latest AI coding tools to spin up end to end products quickly
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you’re shaping solutions as much as implementing them.
Compensation
At Boon, we want to attract and retain the best employees and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the above mentioned factors, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. A Boon employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company.
Boon Is An Equal Opportunity Employer
As an equal-opportunity employer, Boon is committed to providing employment opportunities to all individuals. All applicants for positions at Boon will be treated without regard to race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, marital status, veteran status, pregnancy, or any other basis prohibited by applicable law.
