Internship, Project Manager, Sales & Delivery Operations (Summer 2026)
Consider before submitting an application: This position is expected to start around May or June 2026 and continue through the Summer term (ending approximately August 2026) or continuing into Fall 2026 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships. International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year. Tesla is seeking a driven and detail-oriented intern to support our Sales and Delivery Operations team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing Tesla’s sales pipeline, delivery processes, and customer experience strategies. Interns will also contribute to field training initiatives, helping ensure operational excellence across Tesla’s regional markets. What You'll Do Collaborate with Sales and Delivery Program Manager to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring seamless vehicle sales and delivery processesAnalyze data related to vehicle sales, customer experience, and delivery timelines, providing actionable insights for operational improvementsAssist in coordinating sales generation and vehicle delivery events and optimizing customer experience touchpointsWork with Regional Field Trainers to create and refine training materials focused on sales techniques, customer engagement, and delivery excellenceConduct evaluations of training programs through data collection and feedback analysis, ensuring continuous improvement in trainingParticipate in cross-functional initiatives to improve Tesla’s sales and delivery processes, including digital tools and automation enhancementsConduct research to benchmark Tesla’s operational performanceProvide administrative and logistical support for ongoing projects within the Sales and Delivery team What You'll Bring Impeccable organizational skills and acute attention to detailProven ability to handle multiple projects with competing prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeDemonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and proactively seek clarification when neededStrong ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal business functions Benefits
