Bookkeeper / Accountant
Location: Naples, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Onsite
We are partnered with a client in Naples, Florida seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accountant to support daily accounting operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and keep company books up to date
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Enter and track financial transactions using QuickBooks
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and vendor communications
Maintain organized financial documentation and records
Support general accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Experience with QuickBooks required
Background in accounts payable and accounts receivable
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Prior bookkeeping or accounting support experience preferred
You should be proficient in:
- Bookkeeping
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
