We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Auto Glass Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations. This role is essential in managing customer communication, scheduling jobs, processing insurance claims, and ensuring smooth workflow between technicians and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling auto glass services
- Coordinate and schedule repair/replacement appointments
- Process insurance claims and verify coverage
- Communicate with insurance companies, vendors, and customers
- Prepare work orders, invoices, and documentation
- Track job progress and update customers regularly
- Maintain accurate records in company systems
- Support technicians with job logistics and parts ordering
- Assist with general office administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or customer service experience (automotive industry preferred)
- Experience with insurance claims processing is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with scheduling or CRM systems preferred
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
