What you'll do

You'll own the escrow process from start to finish. Document prep, coordinating with agents and notaries, managing funds, and making every closing feel effortless for the client. You'll also have the freedom to build relationships in the community, grow the business, and directly benefit from that growth.

What you bring

Hands-on closing and escrow experience. Notary credentials or willingness to obtain them. Strong knowledge of residential real estate transactions and state and federal regulations. Excellent communication and client service skills. Sharp attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment. Familiarity with escrow and real estate software is a plus.
