Residential Real Estate Attorney
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Note: Must be a Florida-barred attorney with 2+ years of hands-on residential real estate transaction experience, including title review/issue resolution and managing closings.

Job Description
- Manage residential real estate files from title review through closing in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
- Review title commitments and surveys; identify, resolve, and clear title issues (curative work)
- Draft and review purchase/sale agreements, deeds, affidavits, closing documents, and related instruments
- Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers/sellers, and internal title/closing teams to keep deals moving
- Represent clients at closings and ensure smooth execution of transaction timelines
- Provide practical guidance to clients on Florida residential real estate issues and risk points
Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar license in good standing
- 2+ years of residential real estate transactional experience (title review + closings required)
- Comfortable managing multiple files at once while staying accurate and client-focused
- Strong writing, document review, and communication skills with a “get it done” mindset
- Professional presence with clients, lenders, and referral partners
