We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills and customer service experience, ideally in a specialty pharmacy or healthcare environment. This position will primarily involve creating accounts and cases, as well as updating account information based on medical billers' data. In addition, you will assist with overflow customer service support for other teams, ensuring seamless operations across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry for creating accounts and cases.
• Update account information based on inputs from medical billers.
• Assist with overflow customer service tasks and collaborate with other teams.
• Handle high-pressure, time-sensitive situations, utilizing excellent problem-solving, judgment, and customer service skills.
• Multi-task and manage time effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Strong, accurate data entry skills.
• Prior experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, web-based applications, and strong keyboarding skills.
• Proven experience working in high-pressure environments (either telephone or face-to-face), with the ability to make decisions and solve problems while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to accept and implement feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, preferably Salesforce .
• Background in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with the challenges patients face related to medical conditions.
