The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will lead a small team of up to 8 members, reporting directly to the CEO. This role focuses on driving growth and expansion while enhancing operational efficiency. The COO will oversee key projects in process optimization, technology implementation, and mergers and acquisitions, ensuring the company maintains a competitive edge and streamlined operations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic planning initiatives
- Manage daily operations to optimize efficiency
- Lead and mentor a small operations team
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity
- Develop and enforce company policies
- Drive business development efforts to support growth
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Oversee projects related to technology implementation and mergers and acquisitions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
