Your New Role

• Lead HVAC system installations across Tampa, FL, and surrounding areas (within a 50-mile radius)

• Supervise a team and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on every job site

• Read and interpret blueprints, coordinate daily logistics, and manage installation timelines

• Work in commercial kitchens, restaurants, retail centers, and industrial locations

• Operate tools and equipment safely, following all company safety protocols

• Act as a liaison between the crew, clients, and foremen, resolving job site issues and keeping projects on track

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience (commercial or industrial preferred)

• Strong blueprint reading, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Must have basic hand tools and reliable transportation

• High school diploma or GED required

• Comfortable working in active environments like restaurants, retail spaces, and industrial sites
