Bilingual - Talent Acquisition Recruiter

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, focusing on roles that require both English and Spanish language skills.
• Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent through diverse channels including online job boards, social media, and community engagement.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments in both English and Spanish, ensuring candidates align with our company culture and values.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing supportive feedback at every stage.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking within our ATS, following up on all candidate activity to ensure compliance.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our efforts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a strong emphasis on bilingual (English/Spanish) communication.
• A proven ability to source and attract diverse candidates effectively.
• Expertise in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and team members alike.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
