Direct Service Provider Lead
Position Overview:
The Direct Service Provider Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of a group home, ensuring a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for residents. This position is responsible for managing staff, coordinating care plans, and fostering a community atmosphere that promotes the well-being and independence of individuals in care. Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a lead role within a healthcare or social services setting.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in group home management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or mental health challenges.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality care and support for residents.
