IT HR Systems Administrator

Kforce has a client in Plantation, FL that is seeking an IT HR Systems Administrator. This is a hybrid role with on-site presence required 3 days per week. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first line of support for Team Member inquiries, resolving issues through inbound/outbound calls, ServiceNow tickets, and digital channels using HR systems knowledge and research
• Deliver Tier 1 support across key HR service areas-benefits, payroll, leave management, and accommodations-leveraging platforms like UKG Pro WFM, Workday, and ServiceNow
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal IT security and HR policies
• Identify and enhance key employee lifecycle touchpoints by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences
• Analyze service trends and system feedback to recommend improvements to HR technologies, workflows, and knowledge base content
• Create and maintain digital Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, and system documentation to support scalable HR operations
• Manage and audit digital records and documentation using enterprise content management tools
• Contribute to HR technology projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and process automation initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or ITIL certification (preferred)
• 1-3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a shared services or HR operations environment with exposure to enterprise systems
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG Pro WFM (required), Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos, or Greenhouse
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on process optimization and system usability
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts into user-friendly guidance
• Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple digital workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated team player with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for HR technology
• Proven ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and in accordance with data privacy standards
