Outside Sales Representative

Are you a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a passion for driving growth? PrideStaff is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative for a thriving family-owned company in Fort Myers, FL.

We are looking for a driven individual with commercial sales and B2B experience who can cultivate new client relationships and significantly contribute to the company's expansion in the local market.

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Compensation: $40,000 Annually (Base salary plus commission with benefits package)

Shift: 1st Shift; Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical understanding, industry trends, and relevant processes.
• Continuously monitor the marketplace, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify new business and marketing opportunities.
• Create comprehensive product reference documents and customer-facing materials.
• Design and execute a product marketing plan aimed at increasing sales and revenue.
• Collaborate with installation team leaders to comprehend, articulate, and analyze client requirements.
• Present products to consumers and professionally address potential client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor while interacting with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial sales, with a strong background in B2B sales.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and promote company growth.
• Highly driven, reliable, conscientious, and self-motivated with exceptional communication and computer skills.
• Possess a strong desire and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail.
• A clean driving record is mandatory, as this position requires operating a company vehicle.
• Previous experience in sales is required. Installation experience may also be considered as well.
