Pay & Benefits
Starting Pay: $19.50 per Hour
⬆️ Performance-Based Raise After 90 Days
Earn Up to $25.00 per Hour

✅ Weekends, Holidays & School Breaks Off
Schedule
Monday – Friday (School Days Only)
Morning Shift: Approximately 6:45 AM – 8:15 AM
Afternoon Shift: Approximately 1:45 PM – 3:15 PM
Average: Approximately 3 Hours Per Day
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must successfully pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Safely assist students crossing streets before and after school
- Direct pedestrian and vehicle traffic at assigned intersections
- Promote a safe environment for students, parents, and motorists
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
