A large well-established and multi-branch Mechanical contracting company is hiring several experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians to cover the Panama City, FL and surrounding areas.

HVAC Service Techs will work out of a well-equipped service vehicle that you can take home to service, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, maintain residential HVAC equipment and systems, including Air Conditioners, Water Heaters, Furnaces, Hot Water Tanks/Tankless, Ductless Mini Splits, etc.

SHIFT : Days, 8:00am – 6:00pm, depending on operational needs. OT after 40 hours. On-Call: Rotating one day every 15 days.

COMPENSATION & COMPANY PERKS :

• $30.00 - $60.00/hour + SPIFF + Commission (Average earnings $120K - $160K/year)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- EPA Universal required

- At least 5 years residential service experience

- Own tools with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

All Technicians must successfully pass a Criminal , Drug, and Driving Background Check. This is a Drug Free Work Place.
