Landscape Foreman

Job Summary:

We’re hiring a Landscape Foreman to lead field crews in completing landscape maintenance and installation projects on time, within budget, and up to company standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, landscaping experience, and a commitment to safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a crew of 2–6 team members

• Ensure daily job tasks are completed efficiently and correctly

• Operate and train crew on equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and skid steers

• Read and follow job site plans and instructions from the Project or Operations Manager

• Monitor quality of work, safety practices, and time management

• Communicate with clients and internal team as needed

• Complete jobsite reports, timesheets, and basic paperwork

• Identify and report jobsite issues or material needs

Requirements:

• 2+ years of landscaping experience (foreman/lead experience preferred)

• Ability to lead and motivate crews in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

• Knowledge of landscape tools, machinery, and plant material

• Valid driver’s license required (CDL is a plus)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
