Summary:

The Sr. Accounts Payable is an emerging shared services department located in our downtown Orlando Office. We are looking for candidates able to work in a developing collaborative environment. Looking for someone who has experience processing large sets of invoices each month, 1k/month on average.

Essential Functions:

• Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs


• Practices critical review of financial documents for completeness and accuracy


• Review and process expense reports in online system

• Ability to prioritize, solve problems and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment


• Other duties as assigned

Preferred experience:

• Emburse/Chrome River or similar management solution software


• Oracle NetSuite or other ERP software


• Intermediate Excel and Outlook

Requires Skills:

• Positive attitude and excited to be part of a developing team


• Excellent organizational and follow-up capabilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
